We offer a 30 days refund or exchange if you decided to return a piece of Ardmore Jewellery bought from our website or in store (excluding customised or bespoke pieces). We hope this makes your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. The returned pieces must be in their original packaging, unworn and have a receipt. Non-faulty returns outside this timeframe will not be refunded. All items are returned at the customers expense, i.e. cost of postage.
How to return an item
Within the 30 days of receiving an order, contact us and let us know you are planning on retuning your piece by email. Return the piece(s) along with the original packaging to Ardmore Jewellery, Clonmara, Lower Curragh, Ardmore, Co. Waterford P36 WY65, Ireland.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that happens during a return. We advise you to insure items you are returning to prevent this. Once we have received the package and made sure it is in its original condition, we will notify you and proceed with the refund. You should receive your refund into your account within 7 days.
In the unlikely event that a piece of jewellery reaches you and it’s not in its original condition, we will reimburse the return shipping cost and offer to send you a new piece or full refund. We assess all faulty pieces returned to make sure the damage is not due to wear and tear.
Gift Returns
If you have received a gift from Ardmore Jewellery (lucky you!) with a gift receipt, we will offer you an exchange up to the value of the gift you received.
We want people from all four corners of the world to enjoy Ardmore Jewellery and so we offer free shipping worldwide. Our precious pieces will be shipped with our beautiful packaging and you will receive a unique tracking number so you can see your package as it makes its way to you. All orders are sent using Irish registered post and you can enter your tracking order on www.anpost.ie to track your order.
We know your online security is very important to you so let us put your mind at ease. When you place an order online with us we receive your name, address and email address and number as necessary information to complete your order and make shopping as easy as possible.
When you place an order with us you are giving us your consent to use that information for that specific purpose only. These will never be shared, sold or swapped with any third parties. Your data security is very important to us and we have made every effort possible to create a safe and secure online shopping experience.

Product Photography
Please allow for slight variations between the photographs and the products you receive. Our pieces are created by hand and no two are the same. Slight variations in pearl and gem sizes and shapes will occur.
Billing
We accept most card payments through Paypal. Goods will not be shipped until the product is payed in full.
